Waiting Time and Additional Charges

  • Point-to-Point Services: Additional waiting time beyond the included period will incur extra charges. Billing starts 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Airport Pickups: Up to 30 minutes of waiting time from the actual flight arrival is included. Additional waiting time and parking fees, if applicable, are not included in the quoted rate and will be added to your bill.
  • Billing: Charges are calculated hourly; partial hours are billed as full hours.
  • Rate Estimates: The quoted rate is an estimate based on requested services. The final total may vary due to factors like waiting time, additional stops, or other changes.

Payment Terms

  • The cardholder is responsible for all charges.
  • By using 646 D&E LLC’s services, the cardholder agrees to all applicable charges, whether verbally confirmed or outlined in a signed agreement.
  • Credit card authorizations may be obtained for amounts exceeding initial estimates to cover potential additional charges.
  • A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments exceeding $1,000.

Cancellation Policy

SUVs and Sedans:

  • Cancellations 24 hours or more before service: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of service: Full charge applies.

Limos, Vintage Cars, Vans, and Buses:

  • Cancellations 48 hours or more before service: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of service: Full charge applies.

Changes:

  • Changes made within 24 hours of the reserved time are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
  • Changes made more than 24 hours before the reserved time are treated as new services and are subject to the above cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation fees are non-transferable and cannot be applied to future services.

Special Event Dates Policy

Special events include, but are not limited to, the Super Bowl, New Year’s Eve, Prom, or services marked as “Special Event” on the confirmation.

  • Cancellations less than two weeks before the service date, or as specified in the confirmation, will incur a full charge.
  • A 100% non-refundable deposit applies to all special event bookings.

Liability Agreement

  • Damages: A minimum charge of $150 will apply for any damage or excessive wear and tear to the vehicle’s interior. 646 D&E LLC reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes unusual wear or damage.
  • Termination of Service: Chauffeurs may terminate service without refund if client behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.
  • Limits of Liability:
    • 646 D&E LLC is not responsible for delays caused by unsafe road conditions or lost items.
    • Vehicles cannot exceed their seating capacity, regardless of distance.
    • In case of mechanical failure, 646 D&E LLC will reschedule or make up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

Additional Services

  • Services exceeding the original booking duration or type will incur additional charges based on standard rates.

Baby Seats

  • Baby seats are provided upon request but are not guaranteed.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for inspecting, securing the baby seat, and ensuring the child’s safety.
  • The use of baby seats is entirely at the user’s discretion, and 646 D&E LLC disclaims liability for their use.
