Payment and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • Sedans and SUVs:
    • Cancel on-site or less than 2 hours before the scheduled time: Full charge applies.
    • Cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled time: 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • Limos, Vintage Cars, Vans, and Buses:
    • Cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full charge applies.
    • A 50% non-refundable deposit applies to all bookings.
  • For reservations with a pickup time between 12 AM ET and 9 AM ET, cancellations or modifications require 24-hour notice. Changes depend on vehicle availability and are not guaranteed.

Special Event Dates Policy:

Special events include, but are not limited to, the Super Bowl, New Year’s Eve, Prom, or any service marked as a “Special Event” on the confirmation.

  • Vehicles canceled less than two weeks before the service date, or dates specified in the confirmation, will incur a full charge.
  • A 100% non-refundable deposit is required for all special event bookings.
